"Operator" or "Biller": Any third-party service provider for whom a payment or recharge is processed, such as a telecommunications company, DTH provider, or utility board (e.g., electricity, gas).
3. Description of Services
“Zero Bill platform.” provides a digital platform that acts as an intermediary to facilitate the following transactions:
- Mobile Recharge: Processing prepaid recharges for various mobile Operators.
- DTH Recharge: Processing recharges for various Direct-to-Home (DTH) satellite television Operators.
- Bill Payments: Facilitating payments for a range of utility services, including but not limited to electricity, piped gas, water, broadband, and landline bills.
We are a facilitator for these payments and are not the end-provider of the services (e.g., mobile connectivity, electricity supply). The provision of the actual service is the responsibility of the respective Operator or Biller.
4. Eligibility and Account Management
Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws of India.
Account Information:
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information updated.
Account Security:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password, PIN, and any other login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss you may incur as a result of someone else using your account, with or without your knowledge.
5. Payments, Fees, and Refund Policy
User Responsibility:
You are solely and exclusively responsible for providing the correct information for every transaction (e.g., correct mobile number, customer ID, bill account number, and amount). “Zero Bill, owner and operator of the Zero Bill platform.” shall not be responsible for any transaction failure or incorrect processing due to inaccurate data provided by you.
Service Fees:
We reserve the right to charge a nominal service or convenience fee for certain transactions. Any such fees will be clearly displayed to you before you confirm the transaction. These fees are non-refundable.
Failed Transactions:
If a payment is deducted from your bank account but the transaction fails to process successfully on our Platform, the funds will be automatically refunded back to the source account. The standard time for this reversal is [e.g., 5-7 business days]. This timeline may vary depending on the policies of the payment gateway and your bank.
Refund Policy for Successful Transactions:

Disputes:
Any disputes regarding the non-provision of service after a successful transaction (e.g., recharge not credited by the telecom operator, or bill status not updated by the utility company) must be taken up directly with the respective Operator or Biller. We will provide reasonable assistance by furnishing transaction details to help you resolve the issue.
6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform for any of the following purposes:
- For any fraudulent, unlawful, or malicious activity.
- To impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity.
- To upload or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other malicious code.
- To reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
- To breach any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the "“Zero Bill, owner and operator of the Zero Bill platform.”" and "GM Recharge" names and logos, are the property of “Zero Bill, owner and operator of the Zero Bill platform.” or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.
8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or engagement in fraudulent activity.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
"As Is" Basis:
The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall “Zero Bill, owner and operator of the Zero Bill platform.”, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Platform.
Maximum Liability:
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, our maximum aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount of the single transaction that is the subject of the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless “Zero Bill, owner and operator of the Zero Bill platform.” and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
